Where is my order?
If you have your order number, include it in the form and we'll check the latest tracking or dispatch update for you. Orders placed before 2pm on working days typically ship the same day.
Returns & warranties
All our Kamados include a free 2-year warranty covering everything — ceramics, metal parts, gaskets, grates. No exclusions, no fine print. For a return or warranty claim, just use the form.
Which Kamado is right for me?
