iDevour is a fourth-generation Irish family farm — they rear their own herds, they don't buy meat in. Salers, Hereford, Belted Galloway and Charolais cattle, raised on the North Coast where rich soil, sea air and mineral water do the heavy lifting. The herds are slow-grown, never rushed, then their master butcher hand-selects every cut and ages them to perfection. Their steaks took home medals at the World Steak Challenge in 2024 and 2025.
